Putrajaya, 27 April 2010: Red Means Stop... Transport Minister, Datuk Seri Ong Tee Keat and Road Safety Department Director General, Datuk Suret Singh with enlarged sticker for the Red Means Stop Campaign the ministry is running with theSun.
